Refund policy

Because our products are digital downloads, all sales are final. Once your purchase is complete, you’ll have instant access to the files, and no refunds can be issued.

If you experience any issues with downloading or accessing your files, please contact us at support@multiplyyourlegacy.com and we’ll be happy to assist.

For print-on-demand (POD) physical products (if offered in the future):

  • Refunds/replacements will only be issued if an item arrives damaged or defective. 

  • To request a replacement, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
